Horrible Jade art.

I hardly ever do this but, I've been drawing alot lately and I actually had a few that came out not too bad. But their still still not half as good as art you see from other people, like my bud Imiko.







Ignore the cross out's on the 2 pictures I was drawing in pen since it was the only writing utensil I had at the time and I kept screwing up and crossed a bunch of things out.

I think you've gotten the idea down and anything helps. I'm still learning myself. What does the trick is tutorials or photos of the animal you're trying to draw.

Thankies! Yes I have noticed looking at something helps. Like I'll look at things others have drawn like ref sheets for standing poses, and sitting poses to get the anatomy down. It seems to help even though when I draw it looks nothing like the picture but I try. ^^;

Trying is always succeeding, in my book. Just keep at it and be persistant, you'll notice a difference very quickly. (:

Looking at stuff is good, but you should look a photography as well. The anatomy is correct on it, unless the animal has issues. lol

Sometimes if I see people using others art they kinda pick up on that persons style, witch I don't think the artist will appreciate. :/ Imo.

Yes I do look at actual photos which does help. Plus I do look at things from other artists but I know I haven't picked up their style since I'm not half as good as the artists whose art I'm looking at.
